Donate Unused Glasses

Do you have unused prescription, reading, or sunglasses laying around? Drop them off at the Growers Market during our season (Apr 1 - Sep 9) to donate to the Fuquay-Varina Lions Club! The Lions Club uses donated eyeglasses to help improve the quality of life for children and adults living in low and middle income communities around the world.

Come by the Information tent to drop off your unused glasses on Saturday mornings or at the Fuquay-Varina Chamber of Commerce during the week. All types of glasses accepted -- RX, reading, or sun glasses. Just remove glasses from case and drop into the donation box.

Saturday market hours:
9am to 1pm (Apr-May)
8am to 12pm (Jun-Sep).

Fuquay-Varina Chamber of Commerce hours:
Mondays, 10-5
Tuesdays – Thursdays, 9-5
Fridays, 9-4.
