Internship Overview

We are seeking a passionate and motivated intern to join our dynamic team. This is an extraordinary opportunity for someone interested in gaining hands-on experience in outreach, public health, food security, and non-profit management.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the implementation of our Summer Meal Program, ensuring children in our community have access to nutritious food.

• Engage in community outreach to increase awareness of our programs and services.

• Support fundraising initiatives and help organize community events.

• Participate in the collection and reporting of market data to enhance our impact assessment.

• Collaborate with local farmers and vendors to promote food security and farm preservation.

• Assist with SNAP/EBT, Senior & WIC Farmers Market Nutrition Program, and Senior Day.

• Assist market staff on Saturdays as needed.
